Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and architectural strategies.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
- Optimize application performance, security, and code maintainability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed across the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Demonstrated experience working remotely and managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
