Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead architectural decisions for microservices and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and maintain 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and API design principles
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from ideation to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with remote team experience
