Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability, ensuring zero downtime and seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Must be authorized to work in the USA and based in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
