Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers through virtual channels to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong preference for remote work environments.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend Skills: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
