Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using Python and React.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliver products on time.
- Debug complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical team's knowledge base.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
