Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies like Python, Java, and React.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS/Azure cloud environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime and security compliance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews for junior developers.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement database optimizations to improve application speed and efficiency.
- Deployment: Lead CI/CD pipeline implementations and manage deployment strategies for continuous integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and modern frontend frameworks.
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
