Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is required.
- Tools: Strong understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work remotely from Colorado Springs, CO or New York, NY.
