Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Agile Delivery: Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
