We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona. You will be instrumental in architecting scalable solutions and mentoring a team of passionate developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the technical design and code reviews for complex features and system integrations.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Deep understanding of Node.js and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team setting.
