Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using DevOps best practices
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices in Node.js/Python
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
