- Code Optimization: Refactor legacy codebases to improve scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
