Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and participate in technical mentoring sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements.
- Optimization: Continuously improve application performance, security, and user experience.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
