Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, while actively participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications run smoothly and efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
