Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and marketing) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
