Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, AWS).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, QA, Product) to define features and drive technical excellence.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and user experience.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Location: Must reside in New York, NY or Virginia, VA (Remote).
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
