- Lead Technical Strategy: Mentor junior developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish engineering best practices across the team.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze and improve application performance, latency, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployment pipelines on AWS, ensuring CI/CD processes are efficient and infrastructure is secure.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
