Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and create user stories.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical discussions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring system scalability and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the security and reliability of all deployed applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
