Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, perform technical assessments, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design sessions to drive technical strategy.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
