Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Code Leadership: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements for applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
