Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Lead architectural decisions and document technical specifications
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Python
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production code
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
