Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex features for our web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
