Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
