Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, analyze data, and propose technical solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline, automate deployments, and ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
