Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive foresight research on emerging technologies, market shifts, and consumer behavior patterns projected for 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Year 2026 Strategic Roadmap' aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into current development cycles.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the next 3-5 year horizon and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align diverse teams on long-term vision and strategic milestones.
- Oversee the adoption of predictive analytics to forecast market trends with high accuracy.
- Present complex strategic insights to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and automation trends leading into 2026.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
