Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future scenarios
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advose leadership teams on existential risks and transformational opportunities
- Design and implement innovation incubators for next-generation business models
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
