As a key member of our executive team, you will bridge the gap between current operational needs and future technological capabilities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 strategic vision: Create a comprehensive roadmap for global supply chain operations that integrates emerging technologies and predictive modeling.
- Lead autonomous integration: Oversee the implementation and scaling of autonomous delivery fleets and smart warehousing systems.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and SQL to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the network.
- Risk Management: Develop robust frameworks to mitigate geopolitical risks, supply chain disruptions, and cybersecurity threats.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to align logistics capabilities with product roadmaps.
- Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all 2026 operational strategies align with strict environmental and sustainability regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics strategy, operations management, or supply chain consulting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and database query languages (SQL).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to innovate and lead organizational change in a fast-paced, tech-driven industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to C-level executives.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our San Francisco headquarters.
