Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Lead Future-Proofing Initiatives: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Oversee R&D Roadmap: Manage the lifecycle of experimental projects, prioritizing resources for initiatives that offer the highest ROI by 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and forge partnerships with startups and research institutions focused on next-gen solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a cohesive culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes affecting our strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformations or product launches.
- Expert knowledge of emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to forecast their commercial viability.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the United States market with a deep understanding of local tech ecosystems.
