Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning architecture with business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-availability, cloud-native solutions that can handle exponential growth.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architecture designs, and mentor a team of senior engineers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Go, Java, or C#.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
