- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing full-time technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote, self-managed environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
