Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment strategies, targeting top talent in the US market, including regions like Chicago, IL and Georgia.
- Optimize all job postings and company profiles using advanced SEO techniques to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to identify trends and refine strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling, SEO-optimized job descriptions.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment and SEO.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in remote and hybrid environments.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
