Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Developers, Data Scientists, and IT Engineers.
- Optimize company and client websites using on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Manage SEO performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through social media and networking.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine job descriptions and talent strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and SEO opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a dual role combining recruiting and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, link building, and technical audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience with CRM tools and SEO analytics platforms.
