This hybrid role combines strategic recruitment expertise with SEO mastery to optimize our talent acquisition pipeline. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles while architecting data-driven SEO strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Work remotely from New Orleans with quarterly in-person team retreats in the French Quarter.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance job visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and candidate conversion rates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position TalentNexus as a top employer in the tech sector
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with proven success in engineering/product roles
- Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and content optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment ATS and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.) and hiring landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CTS, CSP) or SEO (e.g., HubSpot, Yoast) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO campaigns for recruitment or B2B tech
