Responsibilities
- Lead the technical SEO strategy for Project 2026, focusing on site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
- Collaborate with backend developers to implement server-side rendering (SSR) and headless CMS configurations.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed performance to ensure 100/100 Lighthouse scores.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive XML sitemaps and structured data (Schema.org) strategies.
- Analyze complex analytics data to identify technical bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends to future-proof our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO or Digital Marketing with a strong engineering focus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic server-side scripting (Python/Node.js preferred).
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines, Core Web Vitals, and indexing algorithms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console API, and third-party auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable technical improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
