Responsibilities
- Technical Architecture & Auditing: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve SEO vulnerabilities, including broken links, duplicate content, and indexation issues.
- Performance Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals and page load speeds, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Schema & Structured Data: Implement and maintain complex JSON-LD schema markup to maximize visibility in rich search results and voice search.
- Crawl Budget Management: Analyze server logs and crawl data to optimize crawling efficiency and ensure search engines index our most valuable content.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with frontend and backend developers to integrate SEO best practices into the development lifecycle (CI/CD pipelines).
- Content Strategy Support: Partner with content teams to audit and optimize site architecture for topical authority and topical clustering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic for large-scale enterprise sites.
- Tools: Proficiency in advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP preferred).
- Analysis: Ability to interpret server logs, HTTP status codes, and analytics data to drive technical decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
