Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and rendering issues.
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies for maximum crawl efficiency.
- Implement and manage Schema.org markup to enhance rich snippets and search visibility.
- Collaborate with developers to improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Monitor site performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to troubleshoot issues and track KPIs.
- Develop and execute technical strategies that support business objectives and increase organic traffic.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical SEO, preferably within a remote or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Experience with site speed optimization techniques (e.g., caching, compression, minification).
