- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Maintain a high first-call resolution rate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
- Mentor junior support staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
