Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for remote clients using advanced diagnostic tools and remote access software.
- Equipment Management: Manage the provisioning and configuration of remote workstations, ensuring all provided equipment is optimized for peak performance.
- Client Communication: Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone, translating technical jargon into clear, actionable instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and technical documentation within our CRM system.
- Proactive Support: Monitor system alerts and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime for our users.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical support roles.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of successfully working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
