Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and report recurring technical bugs.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical setups and configurations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and internal product updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, or Customer Success.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
