Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when resolving customer tickets.
- Stay updated on new product features and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must reside in the Tucson, AZ area (or be willing to work strictly remote from AZ).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
