Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat during the weekend shift.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues efficiently.
- Log and categorize all support tickets in the CRM system with detailed notes.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Document technical procedures and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proven experience working in a remote, 100% Work From Home environment.
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
