- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, clarity, and adherence to client-specific style guides
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software (ExpressScribe, oTranscribe) with efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Adhere to strict turnaround deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology and formatting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription software
