Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise-level SaaS products
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Slack, Jira)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
