Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create responsive design systems that scale across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to drive design decisions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for the design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including usability testing and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
