Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user data support
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component library development
- Proficient in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
