Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects using Figma and Adobe XD for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design strategies
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 50+ digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Stay current with industry trends through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and measurable impact
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote collaboration
