Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, Slack)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products
