Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mappingCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on implementation
- Establish design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through regular feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
