Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design iterations and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, scalable solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in data-driven design decisions using analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in distributed teams with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
