Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system documentation
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
