We seek a visionary designer to lead end-to-end UX projects, from user research to high-fidelity prototyping. Your expertise will directly shape digital experiences used by millions, with ample autonomy to experiment with emerging technologies like AR/VR interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, and iterative testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements and strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in fully remote or distributed teams with asynchronous workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
